“Privacy” bukan berarti lu hidup kayak hantu dan gak pernah kasih data ke siapa pun.
Itu omong kosong.
Esensi PRIVACY itu adalah HAK UNTUK MEMILIH.
Lu mau share data? Silakan. Lu gak mau share? Itu juga hak lu.
Masalahnya sekarang? Banyak korporasi, pemerintah, platform digital, sampai badut-badut teknologi mulai bertindak seolah-olah akses ke hidup manusia adalah HAK MEREKA.
Padahal bukan.
Privacy bukan soal “gua gak punya apa-apa untuk disembunyikan.” Itu kalimat paling tolol yang pernah dipopulerkan era digital.
Rumah lu pake pintu bukan karena lu kriminal. Chat lu dikunci bukan karena lu teroris. Rekening lu dipassword bukan karena lu penjahat.
Manusia normal butuh batas. Butuh kontrol. Butuh ruang untuk bilang: “Ini hidup gua. Bukan konsumsi publik.”
Dan lucunya, banyak orang teriak “free market”, “capitalism”, “kebebasan ekonomi”… tapi lupa satu fondasi utama:
VOLUNTARY EXCHANGE.
Sukarela.
Bukan dipaksa. Bukan dimanipulasi. Bukan diperas lewat Terms & Conditions setebal kitab neraka yang bahkan gak dibaca manusia.
Kapitalisme tanpa pilihan bukan pasar bebas. Itu kolonialisme digital dibungkus aplikasi modern.
Kalau perusahaan memaksa lu menyerahkan data demi hidup normal… itu bukan consent.
Itu pemerasan dengan UI cantik.
Kalau semua aktivitas dipantau… semua transaksi direkam… semua opini disimpan… dan semua perilaku diprofilkan…
maka manusia perlahan berubah dari warga negara menjadi PRODUK.
Dan kebanyakan orang baru sadar ketika semuanya sudah terlambat.
Privacy bukan tentang menyembunyikan dosa.
Privacy adalah garis terakhir yang memisahkan manusia merdeka… dengan ternak digital.
Dan ketika pilihan itu mati… kebebasan ikut dikubur hidup-hidup.
